Ladies Masters

The Folly Lane Ladies Masters are a brilliant and growing part of the club, bringing energy, skill and fantastic team spirit to Folly Lane ARLFC. The squad is open to women of all experience levels who want to stay active, enjoy competitive rugby and be part of a welcoming and inclusive community.
Sessions focus on developing individual skills and collective teamwork in a positive and encouraging environment, where every player is valued and supported. Whether you're a seasoned rugby player or picking up the game for the first time, the Ladies Masters is a team where you will feel at home from day one.
