Welcome to Folly Lane ARLFC Youth Under 7s. Folly Rugby Under-7s is a fun, friendly and welcoming introduction to rugby for our youngest players. The team is dedicated to helping children take their very first steps in the sport, building confidence, coordination and a genuine love for the game in a safe and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to participate and enjoy themselves.

Through exciting and age-appropriate training sessions, players are introduced to the basics of rugby — running with the ball, passing, and working together as part of a team. Coaches focus on making every session enjoyable, ensuring that effort, enthusiasm and smiles are celebrated just as much as any skill on the pitch.

Folly Rugby Under-7s is about far more than just rugby — it's about making friends, staying active, and becoming part of the Folly Lane family. All children are welcome, regardless of experience, and no previous rugby knowledge is needed to join in.
